What colors work best for tuna and mahi?

Answer: I'm not sure if you can see the color that I got its a pink one and I caught a 25 lb yellowfin tuna my first time out with it

Answer: I believe all the colors are good, just depends on the conditions, water, cloud cover ect.

Answer: Pinks and blues work best out here but I like in the middle of the pacific.

What size is this lure

Answer: About eight inches. It’s the 200.

how far back in the spread do you pull them?

Answer: Port side short about 50-75 yrd range. Kings and hoos can’t get enough of them. They dive so deep you don’t need plainers or downriggers.

Answer: I like to troll the DTX close to the transom,maybe 50-70 feet back. That way it’s running under the white water.

Answer: I run them short and long. Great Ono lure.

Answer: Anywhere between 30-50 yards back usually works great for me.

Where is this made?

Answer: Never looked and don't care. They pull real nice offshore at 6 to 7 knots and I've caught some ice Tuna, Wahoo and Mahi on them.

Lure did not track straight at all. It kept swimming sideways & jumping out at any trolling speed (was doing 3-5 knots)

Tried all kinds of swivels and snaps and even direct tie with no difference.

I bought this lure by recommendation of a friend of mine as I’ve never trolled before in my life. Went online to find the best way to rig the lure and tried it out.
First time I used it I hooked up on a gag grouper (weird situation made this happen).
Second time I used it I caught a bonita. That’s when it all went bad.
No matter what I’ve done or different riggings I’ve tried, this minnow will not stay in the water. There’s no physical damage I can see but as soon as I start trolling no matter how far back or close to the boat I am it’s spins around and pops out of the water. After reading reviews here I’m finding that I’m not the only one.
If it didn’t cost me $35 I would just buy more but I’m a recreational fisherman I can’t afford to buy a lure per fish.
If someone has an idea of how to fix the situation please let everyone know. Online is not producing any results.

I have hooked 2 fish on this lure .1st fish was a white marlin open wahoo class winner, 2nd fish 160# big eye tuna.the lure gets bites but in both instances the lure would not swim right afterwards and had to be replaced.Its a one fish lure in my experience. I will continue to use them but I would love to see the durability improve

These lures are not very strong plastic. Both of mine shattered from Ahi bites the first day. DO NOT PURCHASE THROUGH AMAZON. The vendor will tell you to contact Nomad, and they don’t warranty anything sold on Amazon. If you must buy these, buy them direct or through an authorized seller off of Amazon or eBay.
