Instructions:

Plug in the power supply, turn on the switch, wait for the power indicator light to light up, preheat for 30s, press the packaging bag firmly, and press it for 0.5-3.5s according to the type of packaging bag.

Note:

What temperature does it stay at?

Answer: I am not having luck with sealing the plastic bags I need sealed temperature seems right.

Can you use this on sandwich bags?

Answer: Our bag sealer can be used on foil and plasticized foil bags, Mylar bag, wax paper bag and plastic film bag (PE, PET, PP, PVC, PS), NOT applicable to paper bag and cellophane. If your sandwich bag belongs to these types, then our sealing machine meets your requirements.

Can it be used on brochure paper?

Answer: Sorry, our sealer cannot be used for ordinary paper. This mini sealer is suitable for a variety of packaging bags, including plastic bags, snack bags, aluminum foil bags, wood chip bags, kraft paper bags and various PVC materials.

Answer: Plug item into socket. There is an on off switch in a very inconvenient place inside the sealer. When the white bars are heated just insert edges of bag needing resealed and clamp shut for 10-15 seconds. Heat Sealer does not take more that 10-15 seconds to reseal the bag. I usually just unplu to cool off. Dont want to risk burning finger using on off switch. Very fast & easy to use. I use for my color Street nail strips to reseal what I do not use. Works great. LOVE it

Can you use this in photo paper?

Answer: Shape of the splint of our sealer is wavy, I think it will deform your photo paper:)

Will this work to seal straws?

Answer: Yes, this handheld bag sealer can be used for plastic straws

Great gadget for children and teens to take responsibility for snack freshness. Easy to use. Less mess in storage. Don't know how we lived so long without it. Love it. Heats quickly, must cool down before replacing in holder. I leave plugged in by my snack cabinet; no more clips on bags.

I immediately tried to use this on several types of bags. The first 4 chip bags, which are more of a mylar material, worked awesome. I then tried a clear plastic bag with marshmallows in it. It immediately melted through the bag and stuck to the sealer (first picture). Luckily, I was able to get the melted plastic off the sealer pretty easily. I let the sealer cool down then attempted to seal the bags I purchased for homemade items like chocolate or bath bombs. If it is used almost immediately before it gets too hot, then it works. You can see in my pic the sealer was too hot by the time I attempted a third seal on the clear bag. This would only be good for doing one or two small bags at a time then waiting for it to cool off before trying again. They need to add a turn dial to adjust the heat setting. This would have been awesome if it did not get so hot. When sealing the mylar bags I had to press and immediately let go as fast as possible. I'm not sure how other reviewers could hold the sealer closed for a second or two. Their sealer must not get as hot or the sealers vary greatly in strength of heat produced. It would have melted through my mylar bags. Because the melted plastic was easy to remove, I'm attempting to keep it and just use on one or two bags at a time.

RMR : Caution

I was so excited to use this! I plugged it in, waited for it to get hot, and put my plastic in between the plates. It didn't work so I tried it again and a bright spark came out of it. My immediate reaction was to throw it so it wouldn't burn me. Once it was safe I unplugged it and noticed the black areas on the bottom of the device. I'm returning it asap since I can't use it and at this time I'm a bit scared to try another one. I think I may have gotten a defective device since all the other reviews have been good. Maybe I'll try it again in the future but right now I'm grateful the spark didn't start a fire.

I got this to seal my chip bags and paper crafts.
Many people use this on YouTube, however it doesn’t seal paper products. So it did not work the way I intended. It may work for that....but it didn’t work for me. If you’re able to do that, That’s great! But I think this product is for other crafts. It heated up fast, seems to work ok.....just didn’t work for what I intended it. For any woman it looks like a mini flat iron (the ones you us for your hair lol) it’s small and heats up like them....but doesn’t get as hot.
