Is this two 30ft rolls or two 15ft rolls?

How do I seal when both ends are open when I cut the roll?

Answer: Seal one end….not vacuum seal…just push seal. After one end is seal, place food to be sealed in bag and place that end in sealer and push vacuum seal.
