I thought the description said it included clevis. & swivels .

Answer: No, just a single barrel loop on one end. Wire is diffucult to bend.

I used these to make some Tokyo rigs - worked exactly as I wanted. I thought it might be fun to try making a spinner bait but the wire on these were too thin for that. No problem for my purposes - just need a hook, a split ring (and split ring pliers) and a swivel and you have a perfectly good Tokyo rig (or 50)
