Answer: Hi! Thanks for asking! Measuring the circumference of the palm of your hand (not included the thumb) the sizes are as follows:
Answer: There was no guide so I ordered small and they’re perfect. They are stretchy. Think more about the width of your hand than the length. I have long hands and medium bones but I’m a small person.
Answer: It’s there in the item description to click on- you measure across your palm. The gloves are very comfortable and don’t get in the way of your grip!
