Is there anything that is supposed to be hold the outer shell to the inner shell came with a screw but seems like it should have a spacer in it

Answer: The outer shell head should fit loose sonitnis free to rattle and vibrate against the inner head. The screw should be tight but bottoms out and keeps the outer shell lose. Hope that helps. Thanks

Answer: Pretty sure it's like that to make some sound, & a nice smoke trail. First time I put mine in the water I caught a 250lb Marlin. 2end time out had an other Marlin pop his Bill out the water & swam right on the side of it checking it out????
