I don’t know if it was the bait itself or the heat or something but it was very very oily

I used the Alabama Craw color and Texas rigged it with a 3/8 oz tungsten bullet weight unpegged and was sight fishing some bass and once I got the perfect cast the bass didn’t even hesitate it just sucked the whole thing in because it has great action, smells great (to the fish), and it is very durable. Nothing came off and I used the same craw for another fish.

The exterior of the package was covered in an oily residue and the bait did not have the standard Googan scent. Overall the baits look good. Hopefully this is a one off that slipped through QC.
