I bought these to adorn fishing lures I made myself from silver (as in jewelry). I hang them as ornaments on a Christmas tree (with protectors on the treble hooks). They look great. And in the Spring, I'll throw them in the water and do some fishing.

Head cement, look it up manufacturer its a glue you use to keep everything from unraveling, I make spinners and give them away and I had to re tie and glue most of the ones I could use as the red thread wanted to unravel and all the feathers come right off. Spent so much time other wise just a cast and they would be gone. I would have returned them if I didnt already throw away the trash box and use some. The only upside is since I also tie flys I started making my own sort of a fusion of interests. The other downside is the size. The smallest size is for very large spinners the biggest is for what TUNA? I would not trust the hooks for the fish large enough to bite these.
