Upon receipt of the item and first glance, they seem to be quality made flies.
Thrads are secured with head cement, but not so much that it's covering the eye of the hook.
Aside from one of the bead heads everything is perfect
Haven't tried flattening a Barb yet, but that's because I generally don't fish where it's required.
I'm sure it won't be an issue though.
I know these patterns work, so there's no question about that.

Detour : Can't beat the price
While they are not perfect you can't beat the price. Caught dozens of wild trout in the last couple of months and only had one fly unravel. Would definitely buy again
