Answer: Yes it will

Will this work with Anderson and leapers low profile gas blocks?

Answer: Not all gas blocks fit this rig, i am sorry I bought it. I would try a different one.

Scott K. Dort : A handy little tool to have if you are a AR15 builder.

This wasn’t a perfect fit for my gas block but it was good enough. It provided a stable foundation to drive the roll pan in to the gas block. I would also recommend putting a little tape on the tool to protect it from damaging the finish of the gas block. With this tool and a decent set of roll pin punches you can install the gas block pin in a couple of minutes.

Read the title. Nuff said. Have tried four different gas blocks, all .750. None work.

Beware there different sizes of gas blocks. This would work for a smaller size but mine was too big for this block. I gave it 5 stars because it was not the manufactures fault it doesn't fit my gas block.

Sometimes you find a tool that is perfect for only one job, but that's enough. This thing is engineered perfectly to keep those rounded low profile gas blocks in place while setting the roll pin for the gas tube.

Nicholas : gas blocks don't fit

I work as a firearms tech for a large AR15 manufacturer. I saw this little device and figured I would give it a shot, why not if it makes me more efficient right? as soon as I got this to work I grabbed four different gas blocks. surprise surprise none of them fit. I threw it in the trash right then happy that it was at least a cheap hunk of metal. rated 1 star because it is the lowest you can rate it

Although this block fits "most" gas blocks, it does not fit Aero Precision gas blocks. This block measures @ 1.005 in.
Aero precision measures @ 1.035 in. I won't send it back,I think with a Dremel tool I can grind .030 inches off. About the thickness of a flat toothpick. So if your gas block comes with specs, it should work as long as it is under 1.005in.

Josh : To small for all the low profile gas blocks I use.

I build hundreds of AR uppers a year and was about to make something similar. After I looked at this I ordered it. I use domestic and imported gas blocks (.750 low profile) and can't get any to fit.

Most gas blocks will not fit. Not sure why they can't make it wider. Not sure if I want to waist my time to widen it and "damage" it in the prosses or just send it back...

Works great. If your going the install tube in gas block get one. You will be clad you did.
