how are the size match to the #s eg.07 - to 13

Answer: I fish the west coast of Mexico and we sometimes get some very large Marlin. I ordered 12 ought which are recommended but these were the biggest hooks I've ever seen except for a meat hook! Not sure what size corresponds correctly at this point. Sending them back and need to phone so I can get the correct size. Quality looks very good.
