This is a fun frog to fish. Makes a lot of commotion on the surface. As others have mentioned, this thing is far from weedless and if you’re a bank warrior like me, you’ll have to clean pond scum out of the spinning feet constantly for good action. Note - not the hook, the spinning feet. The soft silicone holds onto pond scum and you can’t just plop it off very easily. Still haven’t had any hits on it, but if you have clean water this thing is awesome to cruise along the side of the shore. I used it in a clean pond tonight just outside of the cat tail edge and it looked awesome.

If I had to spend the money again, I’d probably buy the regular lunkerhunt frog simple because that thing is straight up weedless and you get great action from the legs. It is more versatile and you can get similar top water action mixed with the true weedless action.

Amazing topwater action, even though it works great with a fast retrieve you can pop it like a popper to get the slow action of a dying bait fish, I would recommend to any and all bass anglers!

Not sure if it's me or the frog, but I've had numerous strikes while using this, but haven't had a single hook up. Looks and works great, but can't seem to hook them. On the plus side, it doesn't hook many weeds either.
