Answer: It could, but it's more of a rip in kinda jig, let it sink and pull her in fast. Good jigs though I have 10 of them yellow tails love them got 4 last year using them.

Answer: Hi I think these are well made jigs. I fish in the Northwest and the glow colors work well. We have darker green waters. I imagine if the weights are right you should do well.

Answer: I guess it depends on the fish you are targeting. We use them in the Pacific off the coast of Mexico for big jacks and skipjack tuna and they worked well.

Well after ordering the 6 pack of “Smoker” flat fall jigs from these guys I decided to check out the Slammer Flat side Jigs and the Ninja crank bait jigs. Well I just received both and everything looks great. The Slammers in 100gr size are a perfect flatsided Butterfly Jig. The Hooks and rings are as good as you would expect from any of the industry heavy hitters. The paint jobs on these look great with extremely vibrant reflective colors. These are bound to get some attention under water. Having fished this type of jig for years and getting tired of paying $15 every time I had to replace one, I am super excited to have found this product line. The 6 pack comes in a nice canvas bag, to protect the jigs from scratches while bouncing around in a tackle box. I also got the Ninja Surface jigs in the 43 gr size, and they look as good as the other 2 sets. If you are familiar with the coltsniper jig from that bike company then you will recognize these. They come with a treble hook, which is not my fav, but in this size it makes sense. I might want a heavier set, in deeper water, but in the surf these are going to kill it. Both sets of these will be on my lines this weekend, for a kayak trip to the kelp beds. I’d lay money that these will hook up in no time. Stop wasting money and check these things out. I ordered several of these in various sizes to fish for yellowtail, bass, tuna, bonito, and other inshore fish in Southern California. They seem well built and the colors are great, but simply put, they don’t have the same action as the popular lure they are based on. Surface fish don’t bite these like they do the Shimano colt sniper. I’ve resorted to fishing these on the bottom for rockfish, which bite anything. I would not recommend these if you are looking for a cheaper alternative to the coltsniper and want to catch fish with the same frequency.

Great for casting from shore/pier or trolling for salmon. Good for use with medium/heavy rod (8.5 to 10 ft) and 20-30 lb braided main line with 20-25 lb mono/fluorocarbon leader. Hooked some king and one sockeye but had to release them (didn't fit the keeper rules in play) but the single hook is perfect size for these bigger fish. Had to crimp the barb tho (not legal) but still got a good set on the hook.

This brand never failed me on anything. These lures also work great for freshwater bassfishing! Idk why theres a sharp rift between fresh/saltwater fishing gear as theres lots of overlap; so a freshwater fish wont eat something that entices a saltwater fish?! Plus, saltwater gear like these lures come with better quality corrosion-resistant hardware such as the rings and hooks. Freshwater anglers, expand your horizons! These weights throw FAR and go DEEP, just make sure not to use in overly woody areas, use as u would a spoonbait that happens to swim horizontally like a fish. Only the paint jobs/colors DESTROY what most other lures pass off as attention-seeking: PERFECT detailed holographic prints that dont fade. Tight lines everyone

quick delivery, i lost most of them due to snag (while removing b. nest)/line cutting off when casting too hard (maybe guide is bad?) but hey the blue one hit a fish from the first cast. strong fish hid under a rock and snagged. buying again soon. 60 gm/6 pack worked well for my Pierre fishing. the lime green is a glow in the dark, pretty cool.
