Answer: I love them for beach fishing here in the Northeast. I have caught blues, stripers, Albies, and bonita all on the same jig.

Answer: Tuna love them have caught 2 10lb bluefins and 4 yellow tails using them, not sure about trolling though.

Answer: 3/0 or 4/0 not quite sure

Are these good to use while fishing the beaches in Florida on the gulf side?

Answer: Hi I think these are well made jigs. I fish in the Northwest and the glow colors work well. We have darker green waters. I imagine if the weights are right you should do well.

Answer: I guess it depends on the fish you are targeting. We use them in the Pacific off the coast of Mexico for big jacks and skipjack tuna and they worked well.

Hi, any suggestion what color to use for striper/ albies /bonita in the Northeast?

Are the colors the same when buying single item as in the variety pack? Photos are confusing.

Answer: the variety pack comes with different colors. I bought a single one the mackerel color and it was shipped correctly.

One of my favorite lures for offshore tuna fishing (that's all I've used it for so far). Fantastic action in the water. The colors are great and super reflective. Plus you gotta love the Mustad hooks! Throw this bad boy at some boils, crank away, and watch it get smashed on the surface.

Good lure. The fit and finish isn't quite as nice as the original Shimano Coltsniper, but as near as I can tell, the dimensions, shape, etc. are an exact match, and I think the Coltsniper is maybe the best all-around lure in my arsenal.

Good purchase compared to others. A bit more money but you get what you pay for, cheaper lures I usually have to change out the hooks and rings but these I just tie on without worry. Caught blues, Bonita, and false albacore without issue. Will be but others in different weights to add to my Arsenal

Great for casting from shore/pier or trolling for salmon. Good for use with medium/heavy rod (8.5 to 10 ft) and 20-30 lb braided main line with 20-25 lb mono/fluorocarbon leader. Hooked some king and one sockeye but had to release them (didn't fit the keeper rules in play) but the single hook is perfect size for these bigger fish. Had to crimp the barb tho (not legal) but still got a good set on the hook.

Best jigs for the price. These work just as well as the Shimano Colt Snipers for a lot cheaper. I caught big Bonitos and Yellowtails with them in So Cal. Catalina island and local waters too.

Great jig. The Spanish Mackerel have just showed up in the Florida Panhandle and they’re all over this jig. I’ve caught them in the surf (this thing casts a mile if you want) and casting into a school from a kayak. Just use a wire leader as Spanish and the occasional Blacktip Shark will show up.
