Do these work for drift fishing salmon?

Answer: I use them to drift under a cork bobber for king salmon and steelhead, best selection of colors I have found.

Answer: There are actually three sizes in this pack. 10 mm, 12 mm, 14 mm. Sorry for the mixed information. We are working on it now.

Are these good for saltwater? Thinking of using them on pompano rigs. Will 40 lb mono line fit through the hole? Thanks

Answer: The beads are able to be used in saltwater and 40 lb mono can fit through the hole.

Are these beads sticky?

Answer: They are sticky to the touch, but clear off as soon as they get wet. Suggest rinsing and using bait attractor.

What type of weight are you using while drifting? Also can you remove/replace without taking hook off? What holds the bead in place?

Answer: When drifting it will depend on the size of the bead, for the most part 1/3 oz is a good choice. Yes you can remove the bead without taking the hook off. In each package there are T-Stops, these stops are what keep the beads on your line. When you want to change the bead just slide it off the stop and gently pull the bead over the hook. One of the beads was melted onto a bead stopper. Also, one of the bead stoppers fell apart in the river on the first use and is floating down the river somewhere. That's quite disappointing after hearing all these reviews and BnR Beads...
