is this decal on a transparent background ?

Answer: There is no background. All Steelfin decals are die-cut, high quality vinyl sandwiched between heavy paper and a clear coversheet. When properly applied, only the colored die-cut vinyl itself remains on the surface it is applied to.

When I went to apply it (@2 months later), several parts stuck to backing sheet. Any fixes for a proper transfer?
