Answer: I don't believe it will. Might be too long to fit.

Answer: This pouch comes with two TacTie Polymer Joining Clips. These straps, or clips, allow you to create a belt loop. I don't use it that way, I just have mine in my Edgepeak EDC, but you certainly could.

I see that this attaches to a should strap however its hard for me to imagine how. I have a maxpedition gridflux. Would it attach to the slingstrap?

Answer: The DEP pouch is designed to attach to the Gridflux using the included polymer Tacties. They attach like any standard MOLLE/PALS webbing system to the bags laser cut hypalon webbing.

Answer: I have the gridflux as well and technically you could attach it to the sling strap but it would be rather awkward there I prefer to put it on the side opposite the water bottle holder

Answer: I would agree with Thomas. The DEP comes with 2 PJC connectors and it would be awkward to only connect one. I'm able to connect it to my water bottle holder and my Sitka with ease.

Answer: I do not know as I don’t have one. But it holds quite a bit I use it for my everyday mini bug out bag that I keep in my work bag. As for fit both my iPhone 6 and 7 fit in easy so if the IPad mini is close to a 7 then your golden.

I was able to get a anker 20000 powercore inside with charging cables, plugs, a backup knife, lipbalm, my leatherman, a beard comb, 345 issues of playboy, a studio appartment, and an aircraft hanger for my F22 raptor.

Like everything I have purchased from Maxpedition, the DEP is well designed and made from quality materials. I haven't settled on a use for this pouch yet, I bought it for my First Aid kit, but went back to my old pouch. I tried carrying my EDC items in it, which is nice, but I eventually ended up slimming things down until I had a system that fit totally in my pockets.
Regardless of these issues, which aren't really the fault of the pouch, I am pleased with this pouch.

Ich habe mir die Maxpedition Daily Essential Pouch hauptsächlich des Aussehens wegen gekauft. Das Produktdesign ist absolut top! Ich benutze die Tasche täglich als Aufbewahrungsort für Sachen des täglichen Bedarfs (Medikamentendose, Taschentuchpackung, Kontaktlinsenflüssigkeit, Leatherman Micro, Kugelschreiber...) und stecke sie in meinen Messengerbag. Ich gebe nur vier Sterne, weil ich finde, dass in den Fächern zu viel Volumen verschwendet wird. Die Anordnung der elastischen Schlaufen könnte auch besser sein.
Alles in allem aber eine Kaufempfehlung!

So first impression, the zipper pulls are terrible as they connect horizontally when pull is vertical and the zippers themselves are both very stiff and tend to hang up on the lining. The inner (larger compartment) is actually quite small - I got in a Leatherman Wave, a pen, a matchbox, and a compass and that's it. It rendered all the other elastic loops worthless. The outer compartment is really only big enough to hold a small money clip. My cell phone does not fit in either pouch and my wallet does not fit in if I put anything else in there...so if I were to use this for trail running (when I had no pockets) I'd have to leave phone and wallet in the car. I am going to keep playing with it to see if I can make it workable and will review again in a few days.

Quilting Bear : The Perfect EDC Pouch

I love this pouch and use it to organize EDC gear. With my gear in this, I can easily move everything from bag to bag. I especially like that there is a smaller pouch in the front where you can put your smaller items which makes them a lot easier to locate with minimum hassle. They did a great job with all the pockets and elastic on the inside making it easy to secure items so they don't move around or get scratched up. I also find I can carry more than I expected without over stuffing the pouch. It has the quality Maxpedition materials we have all come to expect. Love this innovation and hoping to see more of it.
