Does the different color heads make a difference ?Does the different color had make a difference

Answer: Color usually always make a difference, but not on the jig head.

Answer: I’ve used black, green pumpkin, chartreuse, red & white. Usually it depends on water clarity. Caught biggest bass on black and green pumpkin, but that might be because I use that color the most.

Answer: Honestly , I haven't noticed any difference .

Answer: IMO, not much for general use. I’ve still caught lots of fish off them when all the paint is chipped and the lead is pretty beat up.

How does this setup perform in central Alabama?

Answer: I use this with Z-Man TRD worms, the Ned rig, on highly pressured lakes in northwest Indiana. Lot’s of fishing pressure and the Ned rigs do well. No experience with fishing in Alabama but I’d love to go fishing there. Give the Ned rig a try!

Answer: On a clear lake (like Smith) fishing cover or rip-rap, these work very well. If a Texas Rig (5" Senko) turns off, I usually go to Wacky or Ned Rig. Green Pumpkin is the color of choice for plastics unless night, low-light or stained water, then use similar color to Baby Bass (Senko). 1/10 oz is perfect Ned weight. Remember, this is "Finesse" for a reason. Use a >7-ft rod and set drag lighter than normal. Over-setting the hook not a good idea.

Answer: I never fished that state . However it has worked in at least 8 states East of the Mississippi river just fine . They make fantastic products !

Answer: If you like to finesse fish anywhere these will do a great job of getting worm or craw to bottom of river/lake with the tail or claws sticking up , which entice the bass to hit it more.

Answer: Works ANYWHERE bass swim . Yes , it's that effective . Be sure to pair up with a ZMan TRD soft plastic.

I need a 1/0 hook...is that what size these are?

Answer: They really don't give the size but they are close. They are thin wire hooks that hook into the top of the mouth every time. Rarely lose a fish. Hook set is a sweeping motion never do a hard yank! The exposed hook sets itself with just a sweep. These just work with the 2.75" TRD or even the 4", but make sure to use Z-man. Fish all day with one TRD. Make sure to glue to the head.

I live in Massachusetts and in fresh water any jig under 1 ounce has to be made out of tungsten are these tungsten or lead?

Answer: I use them in NORTHEAST PA. Every year . I would say that they are lead based on the cost/price point ! The description does not specify tungsten !

Answer: I fish the 1/10th oz with the small TRD plastic and routinely catch small bluegill and crappie instead of the bass I'm looking for, so I think your answer is yes.

Answer: No, only the jig head. The TRD are separate. Don’t limit to TRD!! The hula stick and others are fantastic baits. FYI- don’t go too heavy 1/10 oz is best for finesse

Super sharp little hook that is made specifically for the n e d rig. If you got anything but mud on the bottom these hooks are going to get hung up. I just ordered some Zman weedless to see how they work. I did catch a bass with in the first 100 yards but it's hard to tell because the bluegill attack this thing. Just take some getting used to.
