The title says that this ia a Z-MAN Diezel Minnowz Baits, 4", 5-Pack . I assumed a 5 pack meant that you got the chatterbait jig and 4 soft plastic bodies. I received the jig and only one body. I don't know why they are calling this a 5 pack.

Neal : DO NOT let Zman ElaZtech stay in contact for ANY length of time! They will MELT all others!!

I’ll begin by asking the brand (Zman) a simple question..... Since everyone knows these soft plastic formulas are NOT compatible when occupying the same space. Why is there not a WARNING LABEL on every package of these Zman products?!?! The ElaZtech formula melts all the other soft plastics and makes a big mess as if acid was poured onto the other baits. However, the ElaZtech baits will remain undamaged. These baits also are nearly indestructible! The other negative about them however is... if you try to use any screw locks that are on some hooks instead of having to put the entire bait onto the hook before running the hook through the body. You’ll find you need to push very hard just to get the screw pin to catch.

It swims perfect with tons of action in the back as well as a ton of water displacement caused by the vibrating blade in front. Best of all in comparing other Chatterbaits, these have no lag time to begin vibrating as some other brands do at the start of your retrieve. This is particularly important if you’re dragging along the bottom and use a start/stop retrieve. I’m new to all Zman products having only started bass fishing since January and every product I’ve bought is of high quality and highly consistent in every aspect.

It’s hard to believe that nearly ALL of the top rated fishing tackle, lures, lines, rods, reels, etc. are made by Japanese companies.
Does anyone know if bass fishing is as huge as it is here in the USA? I’m just curious since I’m old enough to remember when Shimano and Diawa first arrived for sale in this country. The quality was always excellent and back in the 1970s, their brand of products were much cheaper than American brands such as Penn and Shakespeare which are ALL now made in some part of Asia though mainly China & Korea of course.

This is an awesome chatter bait. I don't use it with the swim bait it came with though. I put a chartreuse spinbait skirt on it and I use a green pumpkin with chartreuse tip 3 inch worm as the trailer. I have only owned the lure for 2 months and have caught at least 10 bass on it. One of my new go to baits.
