Got consistent bites in a 2 acre pond, but they got free meals-- didn't land a single one. Then I read the package which recommend treble hooks should be used with soft bait, which makes perfect sense, so I ordered some.

This product is extremely dry out of the package. I tried soaking it a bit in lake water hoping it would become more dough-like which it did slightly. But it still wouldn’t stay on the hook. Give it a pass.

Sorry I am NOT in a business of writing a bad reviews unfortunately I have too.
This product does not hold the hook. I repeat Does NOT hold the hook. No matter if you use a triple hook or regular hook, you can't simply mold a "donut" on this one, it will instantly fall of when you cast or when it hits the water. Terrible and total waste of money, don't even bother wit this. Sorry.

Used these before and they were great but the pack I received, although unopened, was very dry and repeatedly lost during casting. Not the normal gooey chunks I have expected from this product. Perhaps this was a very old stock?
