Answer: It depends on how big your pockets are. It is a solid double sided fly box about 3x4x2. I do not like a bunch of stuff in my way when casting. So I tend to slip it into a trouser pocket and change flies on shore. But I know many people do like to be able to change things up and if the vest pockets are made with enough slack for a 2inch

Bought this item just for the case as I needed a little pocket size fly box for those quick trips to the creek. Box is great and exactly what I needed. Will fit in any of my jean pockets. I haven't used any of the flies that came in it but most of them seem cheaply made and I can twist the materials around the shank when pulling them out of the box. I am sure the fish won't mind but I wouldn't expect them to last long. The price was cheap enough that I consider them free with the box so I don't feel so bad about it. The box is small so be aware that you're not going to be able to fit a clouser on a size 4 hook but any bugger I have on a size 8 or less fits fine. It will fit any/all midge and nymph flies I have.

I am no expert but these flies look very good and the hooks seem to be of good quality. I tried bending several hooks and was not able to with moderate effort. I doubt a fish will pull harder than I did.

Firstly like others have said, the extra flies were unnecessary but shows the company cares and wants the best for their customers. I was honestly expecting low grade flies, but from what I can tell (New fly fisher here) they are all excellent. I haven't had a single one come apart, and have caught tons of fish with them. I'm grateful for the quality, and will definitely be purchasing more. Another thing- when I originally submerged the case on accident, I automatically assumed the flies would all be wet. To my great surprise, they were totally dry, and the case was waterproof for at least 20 minutes (the time I had submerged them.

After pulling all the flies and examining them, it is in my opinion that this is a great set for 15 bucks. They all seem to be quality tied, in my opinion. The case is water proof and double sided. Plus it comes with a bonus fly! Flies at my local shop are $1.50-$2.00 each, so that puts this at a $30 value, not even including the case, which I'd value around 7 dollars. I have an ice fishing tournament this weekend, so I'll test these out sometime next week and check out the quality.. hopefully I'll hook up too!
