Is this actually a squarebill??.The pic says squarebill but the pic is actually of a jerkbait.

Answer: It's a jerkbait with a squarebill lip

Answer: We use it for trolling.. number one in tackle box for Lake Erie walleye

how deep does it dives?

Answer: Not overly deep maybe 3'. I fish offshore and the size I thought it was by the pictures and things I assumed it was larger than what it is. If you fish fresh water, it will be a good lure for this type of fishing.

Answer: A couple feet maybe. It's jerk bait.

What do you do when the frist time you use it and the bill brakes off?

Answer: I can’t answer that. I bought this lure over a year ago and have not use it to date. I fish primarily in off shore (ocean) fishing and actually had hoped this lure would have been larger. (As the then picture depicted). As for your issue with the bill....I guess you chalk it up to a life 3xperience if the Mfg. doesn’t stand behind it.

MP : Producer in tough conditions

I fished this on a creek off the Chesapeake on the eastern shore. It has good movement and seems to interest the fish. I caught a bunch of white perch and a striped bass (photo attached) in the course of about an hour.

One complaint: the treble hook is a bit fragile and broke when I removed it from the striper.

While the product I received is OK, be careful in regards to what you are looking for. In hindsight the title does say "jerkbait", while buying this product and choosing the different colors, the color pictures showed squarebill crankbaits, and that is what I thought I was getting. So, despite the pictures, be aware you will get a jerkbait and not a crank bait. It's a good jerkbait, just be aware of the deceptive pictures.
