Answer: This description was done by another supplier. Amazons software is still very awkward for me! I'm trying to figure out how to change my listing so it reflects rather then the other supplier. Amazon software makes the other customers piggy back off other similar listings. I need to call them and find out how to get around this! Plus, i would like my pictures and not somebody else's! Let me start by saying I am new to fly fishing. That said I'm not trying to spend a fortune on gear. Found these and despite some shady reviews figured for the price why not. I did receive all 12. Three of the smallest sizes then two of the third and four of the last. I'm giving it 4 stars because the count was off and as mentioned in another review they were thrown together in a plastic envelope with a piece of heavy paper as support. Bottom line, you get what you pay for.
