This jig looks great in the water, it is very light and glides very well. It sinks slowly and horizontally. One night out the squid were being very picky and between 6 of us fishing, we caught 8 squid- every one of them was caught on this jig, none of them were caught on the other 5 jigs of various styles and manufacturers. We even traded this jig between people- whoever had this jig caught the squid. On other nights when squid were less picky, this jig was not such a clear cut winner.

The headline says it all. Was excited to use this jig last night on the pier. dropped it over the rail and my spool was still, looked down to see what the was going on and it was just floating there. Everyone is ripping squid out around me and I am floating like a turd in the toilet. Their isn't a loop on the bottom of the jig to even attach a weight or another heavier jig.
