I liked the look feel of the lure. They are more suited to inshore fishing or striper / hybrid bass fishing. I tried them in saltwater with a couple of bigger fish > 20 lbs. The hooks just bent and fish got off. I would say adequate if you target 5 - 7 lbs, but probably for not bigger.

Pulled these out at the local trout pond (Colorado, up in the mountains) and was just slaying rainbows. Each color worked pretty equally well, and I really liked the swimming motion they produced. Can't complain, especially for the price. I will be buying more, since I use light line and tend to lose lures easily.
