Are these good for Black Sea bass

Answer: we have been useing them for black rock cod, and they work pretty good

Answer: Assuming you mean Black Rockfish (rock cod) Yes. Applying a scent on the flies really helps as well.

Answer: I have only used them for catching rock cod, which are bottom feeders. I hope this helps.
