Jo : Not good for trout in my experience

I went fishing in mountain streams where trout were about a week ago. They stay on a hook really well and imitate a worm. Unfortunately, out of the 4 days I fished with them, spinners and real worms work better. Never got one hit. I'm sure it's just because I was trying in a trout only area. Smaller catfish or smallmouth bass would probably bite it.
