Is this for trolling or bottom jigging?

Answer: I have been using this jig for bottom jigging. Never tiried it for trolling. The best use for me has been stripers off a boat on the New Jersey coast. Green would be my second color choice.

Answer: you could use this for trolling or casting, I have only used it casting. I suggest a tactical anglers clip to attach to your line, sometimes there is a little flashing on the front of the lure that can cut your line. hope that helps, DB

A tried-and-true traditional lure for jigging and casting for stripped bass and bluefish, as well as bottom fish such as ling, hake, cod, black sea bass, etc.. Comes in many sizes to suit depth and current of water. I rate the diamond jig as one of the top metal lures for fish catching ability. Great lure!
