I bought the 5 inch version of this to tie on when my S-waver is getting caught in grass and weeds. Its also good when the fish are deep and other swimbaits dont want to get low in the water column. I consider it semi weedless because it comes with just the top hook. Some reviewers have added a treble hook to the eyelet on the bottom, but I added an underspin blade for more flash. The line istelf seems to deflect weeds and grass around the hook. The body is soft but the weight is heavy for the size so it casts far and gets down quickly.

Why its not 5 stars.... fish tear these up...literally. I guess its the cost of being life like, but these wont last like an S-waver. But hey, it catches fish. And fault number 2: the eyes pop out fairly easy if you get hung up in rocks. But I don't think the fish notice. Its just not a nice looking sans eyeballs.
