The Dreamweaver's Spin Doctor is the best deep water rotating flasher that can be used in either fresh water or salt water. It has full 360 degree rotation at slow or fast trolling speeds and is designed to pull easy at any speed. The spin doctors have two front settings, use the front hole for trolling speeds 1.8 higher. Use the back for slower trolling speeds.
