Answer: I am not sure but the action on these is sick. My bluegill color catches every kind of fish here in the N.E.

what size hooks are used?

Answer: They appear to be the same as a 2/0 or 3/0 hook bot they are treble hooks.

Answer: The lure comes with standard treble hooks. You can change the hooks if you want to but it may affect the action. I have used this lure twice and it has superior walk the dog action. I also caught several bass each time !!!!

These days plenty of lures claim to be the next great thing. The company charges a lot and tells you its worth every penny. Well, I will tell you that you don't have to pay 15-20 dollars to get a good quality, easy to use walking bait. The sexy dawg jr is a reasonably priced lure that comes ready to fish. Good quality hooks and a loud rattle make this a joy to fish. I love the bluegill paint scheme. It flat out catches fish. So many that mine is getting beat up. Always a good sign!
