got 3 of my biggest 5 bass on this lure this year plus more smaller ones than I can count.

I rig on and Eagle Claw Kahle hook and weight it by inserting the weight in the hollow tube body. Great action. Best crawfish lure for big bass.

I got the "Alabama Craw" going for the orange color which the
"rusty crawfish" around here have.
Problem is the Alabama Craw's I got are green and tan-orange.
About as 'orange' as a nightcrawler's light side.
Under a bright light, there is a very light orange
tint to the tan/crawler color. Certainly NOTHING like the orange
shown in the pic.
