Answer: The skirt I bought had a rubber band at the small opening but no additional bands

Answer: Keeper is built into the skirt. No need for a cheap rubber band. This is a awsom skirt.

I am comparing these two the Terminator quickpulse skirts. Strike King individual strands are thin, the quickpulse skirts are thicker.

these are great replacements. they work well and the material is molded into a ring where the hook goes through. they are long too, so you will want to add a stinger. there are 2 per pack, that is not listed.
