First off, one person here wrote a review complaining about the size... This lure comes in two sizes, the smaller one is also a great lure but is called the "teeny wee frog". So please don't rate a lure badly just because you can't figure out that this isn't the model you want.

As for the person who said the "plastic ripped out"... What does that even mean? You probably did something wrong if you managed to break one of these.

If you hear bullfrogs near a lake or pond, cast this lure or it's smaller version near grass or pads and it will reliably catch bass and other pan fish. The swimming action is awesome. I've had this lure for 15 years and it works great. I just bought a new one to have as a back up, the original one is still perfect and they have not messed with the design at all.

Bottom line, this is a classic and every pond/lake/marsh fisherman should have one of these in their arsenal. Ignore the negative reviews , these people are clueless.
