would this jig work well in a freshwater lake with very good striper and bass fishing.

Answer: not sure about freshwater. i used it at a cruise stop in costa maya mex. caught several good fish

Answer: I use these for jiging from a boat - not sure if their good for surf fishing

Excellent like the swimming action of this bucktail , its movements mimic fleeing fish. With a worm attached to the end gives fish the impression bait is an eel.

Amazing bucktail jig. Very good finishing, resembling an target small fish. Strong and very sharp hook.

Price is decent. Great for jiging flounders, strippers and sight fishing cobia. I use 1.5 to 2 ounce in Chesapeake Bay, depending on the current. Adjust weight until you can jig them vertically for desired effects.
