It lacks a bit more realism, but good is the quality you get for that price. I think it's better to have fewer fishing lures good quality but cost a little more money, a lot of cheap fishing lures are not as good.

I could not longer locate these in stores in our area. The coloring and patterns seem to work for trout and the small lip makes this a shallow diver. My husband was going to have a nervous breakdown without these in his tackle box because they work so well. Like any angler, he periodically looses lures to snags and exceptionally large bites from fish that compose many of his "giant monster that got away" stories.

This is my wife's favorite lure. I bought this for her to replace the old one she was using. The old one had painted eyes and more texture on the body than this one. The new one is much improve look with same action. My wife kills it with pan fish and small bass. She loves it.

This little cranking minnow has caught more trout and bass than anything I've thrown in the last fews. The fact it is a Rebel lure means I can afford to lose one now and then without my wallet screaming. Retrieve fast enough to keep it under water and get ready.
