Questions about Betts 30-5-1N Jig Spinners

Will this work for a 1/8 oz jig head and 3" jig? If not, what size should be used with it?

Answer: These are a little small but they might work the jig size is ok but a three inch tall I'm not sure about.

Will this work with 1/16 oz crappie jigs?

Answer: Might be a little large for a 1/16oz jig head but it should work. I've used this size with them before and just reeled a little slower to keep it in line.

Just what I wanted - spinners to replace those I needed for my Beetle Spin lures.

Easy to rig a jig with. Spins as expected. Another way to experiment when finding ways to entice the bite. The applications are numerous.

Chris : Make Your Own Beetle Spins

I decided to give these a try to make my own beetle spins out of my crappie magnet split tail grubs. They are the perfect size and look like they will do just fine. I plan on giving this a try with 1/8 oz marabou jigs as well this spring. Should be interesting.
