Answer: It comes in a 50 gram bottle-which is the same size as the Loon Aquel product -small bottle. I like to use the Frog's Fanny by mixing it into a dry desiccant bottle about 30% fanny .

Answer: Bottle is 1.375 inches diameter, 2.25 inches high from bottom to base of neck, and 2.875 tall overall. Frog's Fanny is so light and fluffy, no weight is listed. It is excellent. Hope this helps.

No oil, grease. Drys your fly and natural presentation. Best to just drop fly into bottle and place cap on and shake.

It works OK but doesn't last long. I prefer a liquid form if it is environmentally safe. I don't think I'll use this again.

Great product! I have tried other powder floatants, but none compare to Frogs Fanny. I fish the Fall River in Oregon where the water is crystal clear and the fish are well educated. This powder makes the fly sit high and dry on the water just like a real bug. Very effective when fishing for picky fish. The only down side is that you must apply it fairly frequently for maximum effect. The upside is that you will catch more fish...

I bought 2 of these as they are my friends' favorite fly dressing. I trust purchasing from FlyWest as I have bought from them before and they are great. I did research on Dry Fly floatant reviews and wonder whether Gink is a better (It still works fine but have to reapply too often to suit me and the can is getting empty..wonder why!)I do know Frogs Fanny is great but want to see if I will like Gink better. Stay tuned.

Gink works well. I use it while on the stream most times as it is faster ande easier to apply than Froggs Fanny. Neither flotant works as long as I would like, but they are both about equal in keeping fly afloat. I'd give the edge to Froggs Fanny.

Ease of use is good.
Sometimes getting the "fluffy" product to stick or adhere
to the desired "bug", when the bug is "dry", is less satisfactory
than when the bug is wet. Remember to have the bug wet
prior to application.
