Is this ok for saltwater ?

Answer: Excelente... Muy real

Does this lure float when your not reeling it in. Also how deep does it dive when you do reel it in.

Answer: These lures work well. To my knowledge, they don't float on top of the water when not reeling, but they don't sink too much below the surface either. The dive depth differs according to the size "bill" on the front. The box should tell you the depth, but the bigger the bill, the deeper it will dive.

Can you catch striper with this?

Answer: I almost catch a "Dorado" with this -I am living in Argentina, don´t know what a striper is. But the swimming action of this is good

Answer: if you're fishing fresh water, like a river or impoundment, yes. i don't know that it would be my "go to" lure in salt for stripers. I use it for smallmouth bass. It does resemble white perch and has good action. If perch are the forage fish, its a "go to " choice

I LOVE this lure. I use this lure in a shad color in 2 primary sizes, both the 04 & 05. These lures are amazing for the price. I have a collection of Lucky Craft Live/Pointer that are 2-3 times the price. I wish Lucky Craft would make something similar. The main Pros that make this lure stand out: A nice hard rattle and the Jointed body. Cons: and a VERY minor con based on price, the plastic lip breaks after some abuse against rip/raps (rocks). fairly major con (IMO) the JSR-04 hooks are too small and get shook to easily from bigger fish.
I prefer to use this lure as a search bait. Because of the price I will use it at new areas, only because LC lures cost too much to gamble and lose. I bass fish primarily, but the video shows how well it can hold up against bigger fish.

I've used these jointed Rapalas for several years in northern lakes. They do very well if you crank them slowly. Like all Rapalas, well built and they last a long time. In my favorite lake there are stumps with 5 of them on there, a price to pay for catching fish, to be sure.

Is nothing like the picture the lip is for a deeper diving lure about 6' if im correct. Also the body is bigger. Unfortunately i was not looking for much of a diver so i am very unsatisfied.
