Does it work with catfish

Answer: No... never caught a catfish with one.

Answer: This is not a catfish bait. However I have caught flatheads on it while fishing for other species.

Answer: Catfish usually bite on anything however, I have never caught one on this lure. Works for trout!

This lure casts extremely well, even on my medium action rod with 15# line. It's easy to control the depth, runs straight and true right out of the box and works well at a variety of speeds. The graphics are high quality and the stock treble hooks did an admirable job. I purchased the bluegill color first but now I'm going to be buying several more of these in different patterns.
