What (hook) size are these?

Answer: Sorry i do not know the hook size, these were a gift for my father. I know he was excited when he opened them and knew what they were. Sorry

Answer: size 8 and 10 depending on what you're engineering and imagination skills are limited. the smaller the better. thanks the bigc , central MT. If you run out of Styrofoam mounting board, use flap from a card board box, saves on the bio breakdown.

Answer: I believe they were 8's or 10's, maybe even a mixture, but I've mixed them up with the rest of my Wooly Buggers and don't remember which they were. Hope that helps.

This is such a nice set of wooly buggers for trout fishing that I should catch lots of big trout. Solidly constructed and a very wide variety of colors that even the most selective of trout will hit them.

Took these out for the first time at a nearby spring. Using a sinking leader, 6x tippet (normally too light, but it's all I had on me), and the #8 olive wooly burger in this set I caught 3 rainbow trout over 15 inches. Fish it cross stream and strip at a consistent rate (find what they like that day) and you should be fine.

I tried these using these with a bobber on a few different lakes with no luck for trout. They look well made and the hooks are very small so you won't be catching anything big with these.
