My boyfriend loves this trout magnet! Before I surprised him with it off of amazon.com, we went searching to over 15 different sporting goods and bait and tackle shops. They were nowhere to be found in stores around us! When I asked someone in Bass Pro Shops why they don't stock them anymore, they told me that they just did not order them this year, but that we were not the only ones looking for it. Apparently, a lot of other fishermen also were asking about Trout Magnet jigheads and mealworms.
Back to the product; my boyfriend went fishing in Maryland and tried a different method and then tried using trout magnet. When he didn't use trout magnet he caught only 1 fish in about an hour. But when he used the trout magnet jighead and mealworm, he had a fish on his line after his second cast (about 5-10 minutes later). It was pretty cool to watch, because I honestly didn't think it would work. But he caught a few more trout using trout magnet. So I give this product a 5 star rating because I actually saw the physical proof that it worked.
