What is the best size for walleye?

Answer: The 09 size has worked the best for me fishing in the St. Clair and Detroit rivers here in Michigan. Larger size lure provides a larger target for the wallet to see and locate. As others have said epoxy the tail to keep it from coming off. Highly recommended.

Answer: Rapala Jigging Raps come in 5 sizes - 02, 03, 05, 07, and 09. The 02 size is 1/8 oz and 1.25" long up to size 09 at 7/8 oz and 3.5" long.

Answer: I am not sure of your question, but size 7 is the most common used, especially for walleye. Size 9 has its place in deeper water or if there is a mild current. By deeper water I mean beyond 35 feet.
