Is there one color choice that works best for trout?

Answer: That may depend on where you fish. At the lake I go to, white seems to work much better then most of the other colors. But I have seen people catching them with the green also. I'd recommend experimenting with a few different colors and seeing which works best for you. Good luck!

Answer: I use red. They look like salmon eggs. Unlike salmon eggs you can use them more then once on most occasions. But nothing is the catch all color. It all depends on the water, weather, and several other factors. TheY do work like salmon eggs but last a lot longer both in the jar and in the water.

Last Sunday I went trout fishing in a local city lake. I caught one fish in about 2 hours and was about to call it a day. I decided to give the white garlic power eggs a try as my last resort and caught 6 fish in 20-30 minutes. I was very impressed how well the eggs worked and how well they stayed on the hook. They will be my new go to bait when the fishing is slow!

there is no doubt that this is garlic flavored bait. other garlic powerbait retains the smell after soaking while bait fishing. I'll update if I find this is not the case with the power eggs. I added white to my arsenal along with chartreuse and orange.
